Support for Anamorphic Lens
A clear path from adding media to creating a new display-corrected file.
Quick start
- Add media. Select a supported RAW file, still image, or video.
- Choose a squeeze factor. Start with the value printed on your lens; use a measured value when your setup requires it.
- Choose the stretch axis. Most horizontally squeezed material needs a horizontal correction.
- Choose a destination. The app creates a new file and never overwrites the original.
- Review and process. Confirm the output details before creation.
System requirements
macOS 13 Ventura or later on a Mac with Apple silicon.
Common questions
Does the app change my original?
No. Anamorphic Lens always creates a new output and leaves the source file untouched.
Does the app upload my media?
No. Processing happens locally on your Mac. The app has no account, cloud upload, analytics, advertising, or tracking.
Why is the squeeze factor only a starting point?
Some manual anamorphic lenses change squeeze slightly across focus distance. Use a measured value when the visible geometry requires it.
Does the lens library automatically correct distortion or color?
No. Lens entries are workflow references. They do not claim automatic optical, distortion, or manufacturer-specific color correction.
